Returns, Cancellations & Order Policy

Every Ceylon Culture Vibes product is made especially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made to Order

Every product is custom-made after you place your order. Production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Incorrect size selection

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Cancellations — 2-Hour Window

We understand that mistakes can happen. You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, email ceylonculturevibes@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line:

Cancellation Request

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges

As every item is made to order, all sales are final, except where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Our products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), certain made-to-order or personalized products may be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

Where your statutory consumer rights apply, those rights remain fully protected.

Shipping

Every order features original Ceylon Culture Vibes artwork and is produced using a premium made-to-order process.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
