Every Ceylon Culture Vibes product is made to order especially for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our original artwork is created by Ceylon Culture Vibes in Canada and professionally produced through our trusted global print partners. This allows us to deliver high-quality products closer to our customers while reducing shipping times and unnecessary waste.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design is created or carefully illustrated exclusively for Ceylon Culture Vibes, inspired by the rich culture, heritage, and beauty of Sri Lanka. We do not use generic stock designs.
Why are your products made to order?
Every order is created especially for you rather than sitting in a warehouse. This reduces waste, supports more sustainable production, and allows us to offer unique Sri Lankan-inspired designs made with care.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the products in your order.
Free standard shipping is available to the USA and UK. Shipping rates for other countries are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.
